授業料補助を申請される方は、6月1日までにオンライン申請書を作成し、必要書類をFACTS Grant & Aid Assessmentに提出していただく必要があります。 申請者は、4月1日より、www.factstuitionaid.com、オンラインで申請することができます。
- Copies of your most recent Federal tax forms including all supporting tax schedules.
- Copies of your W-2 forms for both you and your spouse.
